Palm Beach can be found about an hour away Sydney and visiting it is most definitely worth it. The beach is made up of about 3 kilometers of clean white sand that stretches far into the distance. At the southern end of the beach there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Only about half the beach access has car parking available, however this mean the other half of the beach that has no parking spaces is usually very quite and rarely over crowded. Palm beach is a renouned surf spot with the waters being crystal clear and full of sea life. Very Close by there are several golf courses, so while the wife and kids are at the beach, there is something to do for us men!

For the TV soap fanatics amoung you, Palm Beach is a common filming location for Home and Away, so you never know who you will meet.
